Prep your face by applying a moisterizer. Apply your foundation and powder (using powder on your lid will help keep your shadow in place)

Apply liner under your bottom lash, try to get it as close to your lash line as possible. Then apply the liner on your top lash line. Its best if you can apply the liner to the "ridge" that your lashes grow on. If you can try to apply it between your lashes. This will make your lashes look fuller, and it will keep your line neat.

Start your shadow with something light. I use Wet 'n' Wild Mega Eyes shadow duo. apply the lightest shadow all the way up to the brow. Dont get carried away though. Then use a dark crayon or eye gloss (again I use Wet 'n' Wild eye crayon) up to the crease in your lid. darker toward the outside corner ligher toward the inner corner. and always go darker at the lash line and lighter as you go up. Then using a shadow brush apply the darker color of your 'duo' shadow. Start at your lash line and blend upward keeping it lighter toward the inner corner of your eye. (getting it too dark in that corner will make you look like you have a black eye) Then using the tip of your shadow brush apply some of your darker color shadow just along where you have applied your liner. Be carefull to keep it right up against your lash. Then apply your mascara. Its easier than you would think, it really is. If you have any more questions please feel free to post.
